The opportunity: 

Gain hands-on experience in organizational development on a global scale. As part of the Learning & Development team based in Bangkok, interns will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals to design, develop, and implement programs that enhance employee and team capabilities. This role encourages curiosity and creative thinking about upskilling and continuous improvement, allowing interns to explore innovative approaches to learning beyond traditional methods. Interns will collaborate with senior managers and subject matter experts, gaining valuable exposure to strategic decision-making and organizational challenges. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to present progress and insights into senior management, providing a platform to develop strong communication and analytical skills while making a meaningful impact on the company’s growth and success.

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Collaborate with all members of the Learning and Development team, as well as other teams within the People department
  • Assist in managing logistics and coordination for a variety of development programs
  • Participate in a range of learning activities, providing support to learning consultants as needed
  • Gain hands-on experience in learning and development through involvement in impactful projects, creative processes, and engagement initiatives.
  • Develop organizational, communication, and teamwork skills in a dynamic environment

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Currently enrolled as a 3rd-year student or below and will maintain student status throughout the internship period.
  • Available to participate in the internship program from 22nd of May to 31st July 2026 (10-week program)
  • Great English communication skills in both spoken and written forms
  • Structured logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good numerical acumen
  • Positive attitude and openness to learn and adapt
  • Creativity, ability to adjust and flex projects based on feedback and thinking big picture.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural team and environment
