The New Business Initiatives team is a critical driver of Agoda and Finance department’s success, balancing innovation, and growth with smart risk management. The team provides strategic insights to Agoda’s business leaders in the pursuit of launching new initiatives in a sustainable and scalable manner, aims to provide world class execution for projects and serves as a vibrant learning ground for people, providing a pulse check on every strategic initiative Agoda pursues.
The opportunity:
Gain hands-on experience in project management from planning, organizing and evaluating assigned projects to ensure that goals are met, delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards. Interns get to manage the project's scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks, while also leading the project team and communicating with stakeholders to ensure project success. Interns gain exposure to real-world business projects and receive mentorship from experienced professionals. You will build a strong foundation for a future career in project management or related fields within a dynamic and supportive environment.
