Get to know our team:  

The Fintech commercial team is responsible for driving the business growth and revenue generation of financial technology products and services. Our role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and developing strategies to increase the adoption and profitability of fintech solutions. We work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure offerings are market-ready and aligned with customer needs, while also leading contract negotiations and monitoring market trends to inform business strategy.

The opportunity: 

Gain hands-on experience about both finance and technology in a real business setting and participate in real-world projects such as researching the market and business development and partnerships. Interns get to take part in analyzing market trends, supporting sales and partnership initiatives, preparing presentations, and helping coordinate go-to-market strategies for new fintech products.

This experience allows interns to develop a strong understanding of how fintech solutions are brought to market and scaled, while building practical skills in communication, analysis, and project management. Working alongside experienced professionals, interns can expand their professional network and gain insights into the evolving fintech industry, preparing them for future roles in finance, technology, or business development.

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and business opportunities, and present findings and recommendations to the management team.
  • Support sales and partnership initiatives by assisting with partner identification, outreach, and coordination with internal teams.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and business reports, ensuring data accuracy and clear communication for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project performance metrics, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting any risks or areas for improvement.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations for new project development and process improvements, participating in brainstorming sessions and supporting implementation efforts.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Currently enrolled as a 3rd-year student or below and will maintain student status throughout the internship period.
  • Available to participate in the internship program from 22nd of May to 31st July 2026 (10-week program)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Formulas and functions
  • Great English communication skills in both spoken and written forms
  • Structured logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong numerical acumen
  • Positive attitude and openness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment
  • Proficiency in Data management (e.g., SQL) and Data visualization (E.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly advantageous
