About the Role:
Caliber is looking for one PR enthusiast to join our team as a Grad Associate for the summer 2026. The Grad Program will host the Grad Associate for a paid three-month comprehensive public relations/marketing training program focused on the financial services, fintech, insurtech, and proptech industries with the goal of helping clients tell their stories and reaching their target audiences.
The Grad Associate will work 36 hours per week, have the opportunity to be hands-on with client work, attend weekly learning sessions, and participate in other educational and social activities.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop a better understanding of PR as well as our industries of focus - financial services, fintech, insurtech and proptech. Upon completion of the program, the Grad Associate will be reviewed and considered for their potential to join the Caliber team as a full-time Account Coordinator. Factors that will be considered include the Grad Associate’s performance as well as Caliber’s business needs.
Our team represents a talented and inclusive workforce. If you're looking to work with a supportive group of PR pros who value flexing their creative muscles while producing excellent work (and having fun at the same time) - check us out!
