This internship is designed to provide real accounting experience — not administrative work.

Internship Overview

You’ll work directly with our Accounting team on core financial operations inside a tech company. Interns are treated as contributors and given meaningful responsibilities that translate to resume-ready experience.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Help prepare audit documentation
• Assist with 1099 reporting and compliance
• Contribute to accounting process improvements
• Support ad hoc finance and reporting projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at UCSB or Westmont College
• Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Available to work onsite in Santa Barbara
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Basic understanding of US GAAP preferred
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Organized, reliable, and eager to learn
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment
