Are you seeking a paid college internship? MacAllister Rentals has an extremely valuable opportunity to join our team for the summer as a Technician Intern. Our internship program provides students with the opportunity to gain on-the-job experience as a heavy equipment technician.
As we enter our tenth successful year of the Summer College Internship Program, we are looking for highly motivated, hardworking individuals who like to problem-solve, and recommend improvements to existing processes.
Primary responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe practices during repairs and the operation of equipment
- Complete Preventative Maintenance process for various classes of equipment
- Maintaining a clean and organized bay
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year diesel technology program with an accredited college
- Available to work full-time for 12 weeks (May 11th through August)
