We are seeking a creative and motivated Heavy Equipment Sales Intern to join our team for the summer!
MacAllister Machinery offers heavy equipment and machinery throughout Indiana and Michigan, and it takes a diverse array of professionals to keep our operation running as smoothly as it does. This internship with Retail Sales and Sales Operations will provide the opportunity to gain on-the-job experience in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving, sales, and building relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to assist customers in completing required documentation, financing arrangements, and related processes
- Partner with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase visibility and move inventory
- Preparing, organizing, and understanding sales data
- Misc. projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year bachelor’s degree program with an accredited college
- Currently pursuing a major in business, finance, or marketing
- Available to work full-time for 12 weeks (May 11th through August)
