Pay range for this position is:
SUDP $23.54 to $35.31 hourly dependent on experience
SUDPT $20.16 to $30.24 hourly dependent on experience

Compensation:
New hires start between $20.16 and $25.20(SUDPT) and $23.54 and $29.42(SUDP) based on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market factors. While the full pay range is listed for this position for pay transparency, individual compensation is determined by various factors and may vary within the posted range.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
The SUDP/SUDPT will work at our Co-Occurring and Opiate Use Disorder programs located in Everett, WA. These programs provide specialized treatment for men and women. Each program has 16 beds. The SUDP/SUDPT is responsible to provide quality treatment services to individuals with substance use disorders at Pioneer Human Services (PHS) using evidence-based and promising practices, effectively meeting the need of PHS's clientele; and documenting treatment and case management service provision in a timely and effective manner.
