Proven expertise in SAP HCM/ERP with emphasis on HR processes (Payroll, Benefits, Time, Org Management).
Hands‑on functional experience with SuccessFactors Payroll.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams through HCM data migration workshops.
Strong understanding of HR process best practices and controls.
Clear, structured communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Nice‑to‑Have - Experience coordinating parallel payroll runs and reconciliations.
Nice‑to‑Have - Exposure to end‑to‑end testing cycles for HCM/payroll.
Nice‑to‑Have - Workshop facilitation and change management skills.
