W Costa Navarino is looking for a Style Team Leader. The selected candidate will be responsible for delegating tasks and monitoring employee performance to ensure productivity and maximum efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The Floor Team Leader will also ensure that guests receive high-quality services by maintaining cleanliness and upholding brand standards throughout the premises.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for smooth operation of the floor assigned.
• Supervise Room Attendants and Housemen
• Supervise and checks the occupied, departures and arrivals rooms, giving special attention to guest needs and ensures that the entire operation is performed as per brand standards and procedures.
• Organizes and facilitates the room-making process to achieve positive outcomes from guests.
• Daily allocation of rooms needs deep cleaning tasks for team members.
• Supervise for the cleanliness of corridors and heart of the house area of the floor assigned.
• To organize immediately the guest needs under intimation to Directo of Style.
• Manage guests’ requests, including VIP amenities and communicating them to the relevant team members.
• Aware of all room categories and amenities.
• Assist Director and Assistant to Director with the training requirements.
• Report maintenance issues to the Engineering Department.
• Other Duties as assigned by Director of Style/ General Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• A degree in Hospitality or a related field is preferred.
• Fluent in both Greek and English, with strong reading, writing, and speaking abilities.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to guests at all times.
• Proficient in computer operations and relevant software.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to remain composed and efficient under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong ability to delegate tasks effectively to team members.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Exceptional customer service skills, consistently meeting and exceeding guest expectations.
• Responsible for maintaining smooth and efficient operations across the team.
• Ensure that guest expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
• Meet training targets for team development and performance improvement.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed, maintaining positive working relationships.
• Comply with hotel security protocols, fire regulations, and all health and safety guidelines.
