What you will be doing:

• Be Cialfo’s in-house visa agent processing global (UK/UCAS, Australia/New Zealand/Canada/US) visa applications for students in the accepted offer pipeline.
• To be updated with the latest information from the high commission of various countries (in particular United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand) for timely submission of visa applications.
• Advise students and the team on requirements for a successful application.
• Process applicants from the various source countries and regions; including but not limited to Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, etc.
• Work closely across various functional teams such as the University Enrolment Advisory, Student Education Advisory, and Client experience team.

About You

• Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.
• Experience
• 2+ years of meaningful experience in processing student VISA for UK, US, Australia, NewZealand, and/or Canada locations.
• Skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Familiarity with Slack, Google Suite, Asana, and Microsoft Excel.
• Qualities
• You are a self-starter with an ability to go between team-based collaborative work and independent, self-driven projects.
• You are a team player who values and respects differences among teams.
• Good to have
• Agency background experience is preferred.
