We’re looking for a motivated Student Assistant in Supply Chain & Maintenance Systems to help us optimize the processes that keep our offshore turbines turning.
We are now looking for a motivated Student Assistant in Supply Chain & Maintenance Systems to support six core operational areas within Business Area Wind: Supply Management & Optimization, Warehouse Management, Export Control & Customs, Master Data, Maintenance Systems Support and Maintenance Systems Improvement.
In this role, you will support the management team in developing streamlined processes, ensuring strong coordination between stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvements across Supply Chain and Maintenance Systems. You will gain handson experience in an international environment and work closely with experts across several countries.
You will be based in Kolding, Denmark, and collaborate with colleagues in Denmark, Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK.

Your role / what will you do?
In this role, you will help strengthen coordination, communication and process development within Supply Chain and Maintenance Systems. You will provide structured support to the management team, ensuring smooth planning, efficient follow-up and well functioning interfaces across departments. Your work will contribute to improved time management, communication clarity and operational efficiency throughout the organization.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Improving timeplanning processes (e.g., yearly calendars, training overviews, project followups)
Preparing communication materials for internal and external audiences
Supporting management meetings (agenda, materials, logistics, travel coordination, followup)
Assisting Maintenance Systems teams with ticketing system tasks
Supporting the Process Community by creating presentations, templates, and topic overviews
Preparing data analyses and summaries
Strengthening coordination between related departments and stakeholders
Supporting ongoing process development activities
Contributing to interface management across the Supply Chain organization
Your profile / who are you?
You are an engaged and curious student who enjoys taking responsibility, learning quickly and working across different topics. You thrive in an international environment and feel motivated by supporting teams, creating structure, and contributing to better processes. You communicate clearly, enjoy meeting new people and are not afraid to ask questions when needed. Above all, you bring a positive attitude, an analytical mindset and a passion for developing your skills in a realworld setting.
Next to this you bring:
Are enrolled in a programme within Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or Business Development (ideally with 2–3 years remaining)
Preferably have initial knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management or Project Management
Have experience preparing communication materials for various audiences
Have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data
Are selfmotivated, structured and able to prioritize effectively
Are fluent in English (written and spoken)
Have strong attention to detail and maintain structure, even in busy periods
Are confident working with Office365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerBI, SharePoint) and open to learning new tools
