We are seeking a passionate Student Assistant to join our growing team. As a Student Assistant in our market access team, you will support several areas (e.g., Pricing, Health economics, Outcomes research, Health policy) within the market access function. You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks spanning the commercial spectrum, giving you a centralized role and the opportunity to build expertise quickly. 

We will provide the necessary training and mentoring to help you get started and continuously expand your skills. The position is based at our headquarters in Hellerup, Denmark and you will report to Mohit Jain. 

Your support tasks will be:  

  • Collect and organize market access files & data (e.g., pricing, reimbursement, HTA outcomes, GVD).  
  • Monitor and summarize competitor activities and market trends.  
  • Compile country-specific reimbursement and regulatory requirements. 
  • Update internal trackers (pricing, submissions, timelines).  
  • Maintain documentation for HTA submissions and pricing dossiers.  
  • Support in organizing SharePoint folders and ensuring version control 
  • Support in analyzing data from market access tools (e.g., IQVIA, internal databases). 

 

Qualifications and Skills:  

You are currently pursuing a relevant academic degree – preferably in the fields of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Health policy or something similar.  

Furthermore, you have:  

  • Strong communication skills 
  • Strong PowerPoint & Excel skills 
  • A flair for working with data and handling administrative tasks  
  • Fluency in spoken and written English 
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • A structured and detail-oriented working style

You are capable of working independently with minimal supervision but know when to ask for guidance.

Work hours: You are expected to work approximately 10-15 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing to 20 hours during peak periods. Flexibility around exam periods can be arranged with your manager.
