We are seeking a passionate Student Assistant to join our growing team. As a key member of the Ascendis Pharma team, you will play a crucial role in delivering end user support for some of our core support systems, such as Cornerstone LMS and Adobe Sign. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global setting working together to achieve extraordinary results.

You will be joining the Global Support Functions team consisting of 7 colleagues, where we support each other’s growth and development, and sparring is always close by. In this role, you will join a collaborative team environment and work closely with fellow student assistants to support shared goals.

You will report directly to Business Analyst, Michael Comvalius, who is based in Hellerup, Denmark. You will also be based in Hellerup, Denmark.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Perform IT support in ServiceNow for different IT applications, in particular the Learning Management System (LMS) and Adobe Sign:  
  • User requests, access requests, questions, etc. 
  • Incidents 
  • Participate in structuring, documenting and anchor the support flow and build/maintain the knowledge bases 
  • Support with quarterly SOX review and other compliance related tasks 

Qualifications and Skills:

Ideally, you are in your third year of your Bachelor studies in the fields of Project Management, IT or something completely different. Most importantly, you have a passion for helping users, learning new skills, working structured, and optimizing, and improving current ways of working. It is important that you are thorough in your work and that you are detail oriented. 

Furthermore, you have:

  • A good general understanding of and interest in technology
  • Curios, Open and are willing to learn

You are a strong team player, analytical, and have a can-do attitude.

You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and can thrive in an informal, open environment where innovation and change are key.  

To succeed in this role, we also expect you to be fluent in English and able to give and receive feedback.

Hours: Approx. 15 hours in total. We want you to be able to balance your studies and work responsibilities and therefore offer flexibility during exam periods.
