We are seeking a Student Assistant to join our Lab Technology Solutions (LITS) team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administrating software licenses and related agreements to ensure smooth operations and cost transparency.

Our Lab Technology Solutions team helps the R&D organization by providing and managing the digital tools and systems that make scientific research more efficient and impactful.

The team consists of 4 dedicated colleagues known for their scientific understanding and utilizing the latest trends in technology to enable business strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional, global teams working together to achieve extraordinary results.

Your key responsibilities will be:

· Oversee software and tool license management across the organization

· Ensure timely renewals and compliance with licensing agreements

· Monitor and optimize license-related costs

· Maintain an organized repository of contracts and agreements

· Collaborate with the team to support ongoing projects and initiatives

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

We expect you to pursue a relevant academic degree - ideally at the end of your Bachelor’s or the beginning of your Master’s - and preferably with some experience from a similar student position.

Furthermore, you have:

· A rational and structured approach to completing tasks

· Proven ability to deliver and finalize assignments

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details clearly in English

You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and can thrive in an informal, open environment where innovation and change are key.
