🔧 What You'll Be Doing

  • 🧠 Lead structural design on commercial, institutional, and multi-family projects nationwide.
  • 👥 Mentor junior engineers and BIM staff, elevating the team's technical quality and professional growth.
  • 📊 Oversee project management: timelines, budgets, design phases, and seamless client communication.
  • 🏗️ Deliver innovative solutions across a spectrum of materials and structural systems.
  • 📝 Review and refine design & production standards, ensuring best-in-class documentation and deliverables.

Requirements

🎯 What You Bring

✅ PE License (Colorado required; additional states a plus)
✅ 8+ years of structural engineering experience
✅ Experience managing design + construction phases
✅ Technical expertise in structural systems and materials
✅ Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
✅ Bonus points for fluency in Revit Structure, RAM, RISA, CSI
