Strong Middle/Senior UI/UX Designer

Position Overview
We are looking for a Strong Middle/Senior UI/UX designer to join a team developing a mobile application from scratch.

About Client: The product is one of the first licensed digital asset banks powered by Blockchain. Our team is covering the delivery part of one of the core company’s services. It allows in a very simplified manner, process of capital raising for companies and investors providing the creation of new assets, manage offerings, buy, trade and earn crypto to future-proof your investment strategy.

Location: The designer should be ready to relocate to Zurich in 1-2 months.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Design Systems & Platforms
• Design, evolve, and scale complex design systems, including components, variants, states, design tokens, theming, and versioning.
• Conduct in-depth audits of existing UI components and design patterns.
• Define component behavior, edge cases, empty states, and UX logic.

AI & Design Automation
• Use AI tools in the design workflow to improve speed and quality.
• Work with Figma AI / Figma Make.
• Generate images and illustrations using AI.
• Apply AI to explore UX hypotheses and generate design concepts.
• Write and refine prompts for UI generation, visual assets, and UX ideas.

UX & Product Thinking
• Design end-to-end UX flows for complex fintech and platform-based products.
• Consider scalability, long-term product evolution, and UX consistency.
• Participate in and lead large-scale redesigns, improving usability, logic, and clarity of interfaces.

Mobile App Design
• Design native and cross-platform mobile experiences for iOS and Android.
• Follow platform-specific guidelines (Apple HIG / Material Design) while maintaining product identity.
• Adapt complex desktop flows into mobile-first interactions, considering thumb zones, gestures, and screen constraints.
• Design and maintain mobile component libraries aligned with the core design system.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design-to-code handoff for mobile environments.

Collaboration & Documentation
• Work closely with product managers and developers to align design and implementation.
• Collaborate with frontend teams (React / Storybook) to ensure design-to-code consistency.
• Create and maintain documentation for design systems, components, and UX guidelines.

Requirements:

• 3–4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer

• Experience designing complex platform products (fintech, SaaS, dashboards, admin panels, multi-role systems)

• Strong UX mindset and hands-on experience redesigning existing products.
