What is Stream Head Growth & Analytics?

The Stream Head Growth Analytics shall lead data-driven growth strategy across lifestyle ventures. Own analytics frameworks, funnel analysis, experimentation, SEO/ASO strategy, and performance measurement to drive digital product growth.

The position reports directly to the Head of Digital Product Design & Analytics.

What Does Stream Head Growth & Analytics Do?

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the growth analytics capability across all product verticals
• Own measurement frameworks, instrumentation, and core KPIs
• Lead funnel analysis, cohort tracking, and user behavior insights
• Oversee SEO, ASO, and growth analytics experts
• Partner with product & design teams on experimentation and optimization
• Identify growth opportunities using insights, data modeling, and market signals
• Define dashboards and automate reporting for leadership visibility
• Present insights and recommendations to senior management

What Are We Looking For?

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in product analytics, growth, or digital performance
• Strong analytical expertise—cohorts, funnels, attribution, A/B testing
• Hands-on experience in deploying and driving results via engagement platforms (e.g. Braze, MoEngage, Clevertap).
• Hands-on experience with SQL, BI tools, and analytics platforms
• Experience leading SEO/ASO and performance optimization initiatives
• Strong business acumen and data storytelling capability
