Strategy & Ops Manager

We are seeking a Strategy & Ops Manager to support the strategy and execution of our main propositions. In this role, you will take on end-to-end ownership and accountability for driving impactful projects working across one or more categories.


This is an ideal role for generalists who want to challenge themselves in a fast-paced environment and manage our operations to improve the patient experience and the overall customer experience. If you like to go deep into problems and solve them by implementing solutions you define, this role is for you!


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Solve problems: Collaborate with diverse teams across MANUAL to identify and address operational challenges, with a focus on building, launching, and scaling efficient processes.

  • Build and innovate: Develop and experiment with new approaches to enhance the category proposition, utilising data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimise your solutions.

  • Take end-to-end project ownership: Take charge of projects from inception to execution, including strategic planning, implementation, and thorough performance reporting.

  • Drive operational excellence: Lead efforts to instil operational best practices within patient-facing teams, driving efficiencies and elevating service delivery standards.

  • Learn and iterate: Assess both operational and financial implications of initiatives, leveraging insights to iterate and improve strategies over time.
