What we’re looking for
We are currently looking for a Business Strategy & Operations Manager to join our team.
The role will be working across multiple initiatives ranging from corporate strategy to designing and delivering special / high-impact projects across multiple business departments.
This role will span across the business and work on a wide variety of projects and initiatives, helping to “glue together” the organisation and driving its growth.
We are looking for a self-starter with a strong work ethic, with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. Someone who is able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where ownership, accountability, or the way forward may be unclear.
Experienced at executing complex projects with the ability to multi-task and deliver rigorous output, driving deliverables and managing risks.
This role offers the unique opportunity to report to and work with the Executive Leadership Team and be exposed to all departments across Yapily.
We are looking for someone who ideally has experience of working in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking or “in house”, within a fast moving start-up environment or a corporate strategy department. Someone who also understands that no task is too big or small and can roll-up their sleeves and lead by example.
