Core Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain internal tools, automation systems, and software solutions across the organization

  • Develop scripts and applications to streamline operations and eliminate manual processes

  • Support engineering initiatives and ad-hoc technical projects for leadership

  • Design and implement data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting systems

  • Integrate and optimize third-party tools and APIs across business functions

  • Contribute to infrastructure automation and DevOps workflows

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Day-to-Day

  • Work closely with leadership to execute on technical priorities

  • Write clean, maintainable code for internal tools and automation projects

  • Manage multiple concurrent software projects with a high degree of autonomy

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver solutions

  • Debug and optimize existing systems and processes

  • Continuously identify opportunities to solve problems through software and automation

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience in a fast-paced, generalist operations or consulting role, ideally at a startup or scale-up

  • Engineering background, preferred in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Physics.

  • Experience with programming, scripting or statistical packages (e.g. Python, R, Matlab, SQL)

  • Track record of shipping projects independently in fast-paced environments


Salary & Benefits

We are committed to pay equity and transparency.

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
