Strategy & Operations Manager

In this role, you will:

Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team by ensuring accountability, clarity, collaboration and execution quality across key topics and improving cross-functional processes

Lead cross-functional strategic projects from problem definition to implementation: Help translate priorities into clear plans, decisions, owners, and follow-through.

Lead the OKR process: planning, alignment, tracking, and review.

Coordinate budget planning & tracking across functions

Coordinate efficient back office operations: HR, legal, finance, procurement, risk management.

Manage stakeholder relations and ensure effective and clear strategic communication across the organization.

Prepare materials, agendas, and follow-up for leadership meetings, business reviews, offsites, and other key workshops/meetings to ensure efficiency.

Your skills & experiences:

3+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, consulting, project management or a similar cross-functional role.

Extensive experience leading cross-functional projects end to end.

Structured problem-solving, project management, prioritization and change management skills.

Ability to turn ambiguous topics into clear plans and actionable next steps. 

Strong stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Lithuanian.

High ownership and initiative.

Experience with Business review, KPI, OKR processes or similar.

Comfort in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Experience working closely with leadership or executive teams.

Experience in product, go-to-market, business development, or strategic planning projects.

Experience in leading commercial or product teams/operations.
