About the role:
Curri is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager, Driver Acquisition to build and scale a best-in-class system for identifying, attracting, and activating top driver talent across the United States.
This is a highly strategic and hands-on role for an entrepreneurial operator who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building from the ground up. You will own Curri’s driver acquisition engine — designing, testing, and scaling high-ROI digital and in-market acquisition channels that ensure Curri has a strong, reliable, and market-ready supply base across regions and vehicle types.
You will work closely with Operations, Product, Revenue, and Support to ensure Curri’s top-of-funnel driver supply is healthy, scalable, and aligned with customer demand. Drivers are the business at Curri, and this role sits at the center of our next phase of growth.
What you will do:
Identify creative ways to attract the right drivers to Curri’s network
Build a world-class acquisition machine that strengthens Curri’s growing driver network — from gig workers to owner-operators to professional fleets
Directly influence marketplace health by designing systems that attract high-quality drivers at scale
Unlock faster company growth by accelerating supply availability in Curri’s highest-opportunity markets
Exercise entrepreneurial ownership by taking initiatives from 0 → 1, then scaling what works nationwide
Create meaningful real-world impact by increasing earning opportunities for thousands of drivers while deepening Curri’s competitive moat as the platform of choice for drivers and bookers
Lead pilot experiments (0 → 1) with clear hypotheses, metrics, and evaluation criteria; scale successful acquisition initiatives across the marketplace
Build scalable digital and in-market systems for acquiring drivers
Define and build the infrastructure for measuring top-of-funnel driver acquisition health
Partner with Ops, Product, and Support to drive company-wide improvements to driver acquisition
Consistently report to leadership on driver engagement trends, risks, and opportunities
What you need to have:
Strong analytical and data-driven skillset, including the ability to autonomously pull, organize, and analyze data using SQL and Google Sheets
Proven ability to translate strategy into execution through measurable pilots and scalable systems
Experience building or scaling growth-oriented systems, ideally with overlap in growth marketing or marketplace supply
Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill qualitative and quantitative insights for stakeholders at all levels
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward ownership, action, and problem-solving in ambiguous environments
Operational experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
Bonus points for:
Deep passion for empowering drivers and expanding economic opportunity
Experience working in marketplaces, logistics, or gig-economy platforms
Background at high-growth, consumer or two-sided marketplace companies such as Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Amazon, or Airbnb
Demonstrated ability to advocate for users while rolling up your sleeves to build practical solutions
What's in it for you?
Opportunity to build a foundational driver acquisition engine that powers Curri’s next phase of growth
Direct ownership over initiatives that influence marketplace health and company-wide scalability
High visibility and autonomy with close partnership across executive leadership and core business teams
Collaborative, builder-focused startup culture that values experimentation and impact
Competitive salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k))
Remote-friendly environment.
