What We are looking for

As a Strategy Manager, you will support shaping Novibet’s strategic roadmap, corporate development initiatives, and high-stakes decision-making within the organization. You will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive insights, analysis, and execution across strategic priorities.

What you will work on

• Lead structured market research and strategic assessments across existing and potential markets
• Build business requirements and detailed project specifications for strategic initiatives, ensuring commercial and technical feasibility
• Work cross-functionally to align strategy recommendations with product, commercial, and operational goals
• Support the development and execution of Novibet’s long-term strategic plan
• Identify partnership, product, and market expansion opportunities aligned with company growth priorities
• Conduct market sizing, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support high-value decisions
• Evaluate merger, acquisition, and investment opportunities, leveraging both financial and strategic criteria
• Lead or support cross-functional due diligence workstreams (financial, legal, commercial, operational)
• Prepare investment memos, valuation models, and board-level material for decision-making
• Support post-merger integration activities, ensuring alignment with Novibet’s strategic and operational frameworks
• Coordinate with functional leads to drive effective onboarding of new teams, processes, or technologies
• Coordinate closely with the PMO and internal teams to ensure timely execution of corporate development projects
• Enhance cross-functional alignment, risk mitigation, and milestone tracking for strategic initiatives
• Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear performance outcomes
• Manage external consultants and partners and their deliverables
• Develop and maintain strategic dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
• Track progress of key initiatives and provide analytical insights to senior leadership
• Translate data into actionable recommendations to improve performance and maximize growth

What you bring

• 4+ years in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, M&A, or Investment Banking
• Experience in gaming, tech, fintech, or other digital industries is a strong advantage
• Strong command of financial analysis, valuation methodologies, and investment frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to dissect complex business topics.
• Highly proficient in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides; familiarity with BI tools is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging stakeholder, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to simplify complexity and articulate strategic recommendations clearly and persuasively
• Strong project management capabilities with experience executing multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Pro-active self starter with hands-on approach to take ownership of initiatives
• Strategic thinking with a results-driven mentality
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, non-linear environment with shifting priorities
• Ability to connect operational realities with long-term vision
• PMP, CFA, or other relevant certifications
• Familiarity with project management and change management methodologies
