Position Summary

 

The Strategy & Growth Intern will help the team build practical AI tools that make day-to-day work faster, smarter, and more organized. This role is about turning messy, manual processes into simple systems that support market research, transaction work, compliance tracking, and internal knowledge sharing. The intern will work on projects that have real use across the team and will leave behind tools and workflows that people can keep using after the internship ends.

 

 

Roles & Responsibilities

 

  • Build AI-based tools that help the team with market analysis, project evaluation, and customer-facing outputs
  • Create workflows that turn a small set of inputs into useful materials, models, or summaries
  • Help improve how the team manages transaction documents and compliance-related work
  • Develop systems to organize key documents, track supplier information, and support reporting needs
  • Automate recurring tasks by pulling together data from internal systems
  • Build and improve internal AI resources such as team workspaces, knowledge bases, and workflow tools
  • Create templates, playbooks, and repeatable processes that make the team more efficient
  • Test new ways AI can support research, document review, proposal development, and process improvement=
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand needs and build tools that are actually useful
  • Ensuring work product quality with thoughtful prompts and intentional context-building 
  • Document work clearly so others can use and maintain what you build
 
Key Qualifications

 

  • Experience building AI tools, automations, or workflows that solve real problems
  • Strong understanding of how to use AI in practical, business-focused ways
  • Ability to move quickly, test ideas, and improve tools over time
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working through messy or ambiguous tasks
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 
Additional Qualifications Desired

 

  • Familiarity with energy markets, market research, or commercial strategy work
  • Experience with modeling, workflow automation, or internal tool building
  • Exposure to compliance, transaction support, or document management processes
  • Familiarity with knowledge management tools such as Notion or similar platforms
  • Interest in using AI to improve research, reporting, and internal operations
  • Ability to work independently and spot opportunities to make systems better

 

Work Location:  Onsite - San Jose, CA

 

Internship Start Dates:

Group 1: June 2nd - August 8th

Group 2: June 16th - August 22nd

 

Hourly Range:  $35 USD - $45 USD

Please note that the hourly range listed for this position reflects Antora Energy's estimated pay rate. The actual rate offered will be determined based on a candidate's experience, year in school, and degree, as they relate to the position's requirements.

Additionally, this position does not offer visa sponsorship. Only candidates with current work authorization (e.g., F-1 visa with OPT/CPT authorization) will be considered.
