IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

As a Strategy Consultant you will Drive high‑impact strategic initiatives that shape the future of our business and turn bold ideas into real outcomes.

• Develop and facilitate the organization's medium and long-term strategy goals in close collaboration with executive leadership to identify business priorities

• Identify, evaluate and conceptualize opportunities for organic and inorganic growth, business model innovation, and improvement of organizational performance

• Identify and evaluate potential risks and challenges to the company's growth and develop plans to manage them

• Work on strategic and operational initiatives on behalf of executive leadership

• Monitor business trends and outlooks, gathering competitive intelligence to contribute to strategic business planning discussions with leadership

• Advise and consult leadership on business strategic topics

Requirements

TO SUCCEED YOU NEED

• Successfully completed academic studies in a related field (e.g. management, business administration, technology, digital products, engineering)

• 1–3 years of relevant experience illustrating your familiarity with a wide range of topics, industries and business models

• Strong skill set in strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and project management

• Dedicated and proactive attitude, responsibility, creativity, motivation, and enthusiasm

• Being hands‑on with an innovation and growth mindset

• Ability to take initiative, suggest, and carry out actions and drive results

• Excellent analytical skill set, as well as highly competent in using MS PowerPoint and XLS

• Hands‑on experience with AI tools and technologies, including building, deploying, or supporting the implementation of AI‑driven solutions

• Proficient in interpersonal oral and written communication skills in English

• Have previous consulting experience, focused on AI and/ or corporate topics

• Have operative working experience in a fast-growing and / or multinational company

• Have previous experience in agile work environments (Scrum, LeSS, SAFe, etc.) and associated tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)

• Combine pragmatic real-life implementations and processes with strong theoretical knowledge

• Are adaptable, a quick learner, and enjoy tackling complex challenges.

• Are willing to work with a diverse team in a global organization.

• Are able to collaborate effectively with a diverse and open team

• Seek challenges and like continuous learning and improving in a balanced culture
