About the Team

Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology. Role Summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a high-performing Strategy & Business Operations Associate to support some of the most strategic, complex, and high-visibility initiatives across the APAC region. This role reports directly to the Director of Strategy & Business Operations, APAC and works closely with senior leadership.

This position will engage across multiple initiatives simultaneously, spanning both strategic evaluation and hands-on execution. Given the team’s end-to-end mandate, the Associate will help assess new opportunities, shape go-to-market and operating strategies, and drive implementation to ensure value capture across APAC markets. The ideal candidate is a highly adaptable self-starter with strong analytical capabilities, comfort operating in ambiguity, and a collaborative, team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Support and help drive multiple high-impact strategic and operational initiatives across APAC markets, working cross-functionally with regional and global teams to ensure successful execution
  • Assist in setting goals, analyzing results, developing recommendations, and preparing updates for senior leadership of APAC and global.
  • Partner with the broader Strategy & Business Operations team to identify, size, and prioritize initiatives on the regional and global roadmap
  • Conduct market, consumer, and partner analysis across APAC to inform strategy, including engagement with local partners, distributors, and end-consumers
  • Develop a strong understanding of the trading cards and collectibles ecosystem, with a particular focus on regional market dynamics in APAC

Skills and Experience Required

  • 1-3 years of professional experience, with a preference for Management Consulting, in-house strategy, Business Operations, or related roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field preferred; educational or work experience in English-speaking countries is a plus
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating across geographies and cultures
  • Team-first mindset with a passion for solving complex, ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and adapt priorities as business needs evolve
  • Intellectual curiosity, strong ownership mentality, and eagerness to learn
  • Passion for sports, culture, and entertainment is a plus
