You will have a 360° view on the partnerships value chain — from a detailed analysis on the customer / product value proposition which integrations and partnerships serves, through to technical discovery, commercial negotiation, go-to-market, and ongoing account management.  What makes this role unique Scope: Zeller partners with a global network of resellers, POS platforms, developers, and distributors. You’ll be tasked with growing this network, from opportunity identification to pipeline creation and engagement.  Cross-functional collaboration: You’ll partner with internal and external stakeholders closely to scope and develop integrations, understand and optimise commercial models, win deals, and bring partnerships to life.   Impact: Our partnership strategy is global and has significant commercial impact. You should bring experience working within a consulting role where you have analysed performance, assessed deals and commercial opportunities, developed strategies that encompass cross-functional stakeholders (internal, external), and a focus on end-to-end delivery project management.  Responsibilities
  • Build a pipeline of partnerships which enable Zeller to acquire new customers and generate revenue
  • In partnership with Product and Engineering teams, solution complex integrations with point-of-sale (POS), eCommerce, kiosk and app developers from technical discovery through to integration and launch
  • Project manage partner implementation, including SDK selection, engineering engagement, development support, testing, and delivery 
  • Grow Zeller’s network of resellers through outreach, onboarding, commercial negotiation and day-to-day account management 
  • Develop and optimise commercial models with partners to mutually incentivise both parties to deliver upon shared KPIs and outcomes
  • In partnership with marketing / PR teams, execute effective GTM and ongoing co-marketing campaigns with partners to generate new business leads and win new customers 
  • Regularly strengthen and grow relationships across all partners through networking, communications, and relationship-building, ensuring Zeller is their preferred partner of choice
  • Continually monitor and manage partner program performance, ensuring overall payback, ROI, profitability, and use this analysis to identify growth or investment opportunities
  • Experience
  • Management consulting experience in commercial, deals, and operations 
  • Comfortable with quantitative analysis, with a strong bias towards excel / data modelling 
  • Detail oriented; you can dive into minutiae, and possess the ability to synthesise information efficiently 
  • Strong relationship-building skills; you are comfortable breaking down barriers and establishing rapport with others to identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership 
  • A commercial mindset, with experience in negotiation and / or business development  
  • Can effectively prioritise work to drive outcomes
  • Experience in project management working with internal and external stakeholders across different functions
  • A bias towards action / outcomes, with a strong growth mindset that is driven by winning 
  • You can understand information and system flows between infrastructures and organisations
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and being self-motivated to deliver when under pressure 
  • Enjoy the intellectual challenge of problem solving 
  • An understanding of the payments and / or point-of-sale (POS) ecosystem is a plus, but not a requirement
