The Finance & Strategy team acts as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring Amanotes achieves sustainable growth, operational excellence, and readiness for global scale.
YOUR MISSION
Act as a Strategy Manager, leading Finance and Strategic Planning across the company. Provide in-depth financial analysis, strategic consulting to the Management team, and ensure all company strategy and business decisions are backed by strong data analysis, market insights and well-designed action plan. Build and strengthen the Finance team’s capabilities (currently junior-heavy) through leadership, coaching, and implementation of best-in-class processes.
You will report to the Head of Finance.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
Strategic Finance & Business Partnering
+ Work closely with the Head of Finance and C-Suite to design, coordinate, and facilitate strategic planning and governance meetings.
+ Prepare business cases, investment proposals, and strategic projects to support critical decision-making.
+ Identify potential opportunities for business development, M&A, partnerships, or strategic investments aligned with company direction.
Finance Planning & Controlling
+ Oversee the full cycle of financial planning: forecast, budgeting, long-term planning.
+ Analyze business results & provide actionable insights to improve financial and operational performance.
+ Ensure transparency and accuracy in cost management, investments, and profitability tracking.
Leadership & Capability Building
+ Serve as a senior anchor in the Finance team, mentoring and developing junior members.
+ Ensure Finance team can act as true business partners for different BUs.
+ Establish standardized processes, improve workflows, and leverage BI tools to enhance efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in Finance/Strategy (Corporate Strategy, or Consulting).
Proven track record in strategic planning, financial modeling, and business partnering at company level.
Strong knowledge of financial analysis, business case building, and investment/M&A evaluation.
Professional qualification such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
Advanced Excel and proficiency in BI tools (experience with VBA is a plus).
Prior experience in consulting, startups, or technology companies is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in coaching, mentoring, or managing teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
