Funny name, serious business

We are a leading eco-friendly household essentials business and we donate 50% of our profits to help everyone gain access to clean water and a toilet. As of June 2024, we’ve contributed over $18 million AUD to this mission. Basically, we’re really good at making it easy to do good.

We operate scaling businesses the UK, US, Australia and Canada. Our amazing team is based in Australia, the UK, the Philippines, China, and the US. Our 250+ people aim to make the biggest possible impact for people and the planet. Over the next 5-10 years, we’re hoping to increase our annual donation tenfold to get us closer to our dream of everyone in the world having access to clean water and sanitation services.

A bit about the role

As our Strategy Analyst, you will use data-driven insights and thoughtful problem-solving to create clarity for our most significant decisions. You’ll play a key role within the Strategy and Special Projects team, helping us scale our impact and increase donations for global sanitation. You will be a bridge between complex information and clear, helpful narratives, supporting our leadership team in understanding the drivers of our growth and performance.

If you worked here this past month here are some things you might have been involved in

  • Supporting Global Pricing Strategy: Partnered with the Commercial team to analyze market dynamics and price segmentation to develop thoughtful recommendations for the leadership team.
  • Nurturing Production Strategy: Collaborated with the Supply Chain team to explore how we can improve the efficiency and resilience of our global production supply chains  in service of our long-term goals.
  • Building Insightful Models: Developed cost and scenario models to support decision-making and help the team understand the potential impact of various options.
  • Harmonizing Impact Reporting: Worked with our charity partners to align their reporting, enabling us to better measure and communicate our shared progress.

Let’s talk about you

You’re an insightful Analyst
You have a talent for building thoughtful models and enjoy exploring the "why" behind the data. You can see both the forest and the trees, maintaining a clear view of the broader context and implications of our decision making while ensuring the details are accurate and meaningful.

You connect the dots with care
You have a natural gift for looking beneath the surface of data to find the story that matters. You enjoy creating models that provide a sense of direction for the team, balancing a love for detail with a deep understanding of the bigger picture we’re all working toward.

You’re a collaborative problem solver
You don't just work with numbers; you translate them into structured frameworks and compelling stories. You value building strong connections across the business, acting as a trusted advisor and a supportive sounding board for leaders to help them navigate complex questions.

You give a crap
Do you want your work to make the world a better place? Do you want to work with other people who feel the same way? What a coincidence — us too!

Why should you work with us?

First off, as a certified B Corp™, we work to make a difference every day while maintaining the highest standards of social and environmental impact. With our most recent score of 125.5 we’re in very good company with other exceptional B Corps around the world.

We also believe that helping to make the world a better place should be rewarded accordingly – that’s why we offer competitive, market informed salaries, meaningful support towards healthcare for our team around the world, generous paid leave, tailored learning and development opportunities, and free toilet paper (yes, you read that right).

Our engagement surveys (thanks Culture Amp!) tell us that our team is really proud (95%) to work for Who Gives A Crap and, well, we couldn’t be more proud of that.

Have you made it this far?

If you’re still reading, we think there’s a strong chance you might be our kind of person. Here’s the thing, though — research suggests that 60% of women and underrepresented folks might have already talked themselves out of applying. Even if you don’t check every box above, we want to encourage you to introduce yourself. We believe a diversity of perspectives and experiences makes a team stronger — and the stronger our team, the closer we are to delivering toilets and clean water for all.

Please note applications will close COB on 4th February 2026.
