We’re looking for a Strategist to join our team in Dubai and play a key role in shaping the future of neuro-contextual advertising at a global scale.

Your Challenge

As a Strategist, you will:

Sales Support

• Lead strategic thinking for proposals, pitches and key client meetings
• Partner with Sales to shape client strategies and recommendations
• Proactively anticipate Sales needs and propose solutions

Sales Enablement (in connection with the Enablement owner)

• Act as a local strategic reference for enablement initiatives
• Support localization and activation of global materials
• Provide structured market and client feedback to the Enablement team

Sales Strategy (LABs & HVCs)

• Independently run full strategy cycles from briefing to delivery
• Generate qualitative insights and clear business recommendations
• Support High Value Client strategies with tailored approaches

Culture & Market Understanding

• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
• Identify recurring market or client needs and propose improvements

Client Presentation & Storytelling

• Lead client presentations and strategic sessions when required
• Adapt storytelling to different audiences and contexts

Skills & Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in digital advertising, media, consulting or strategy-related roles
• Strong strategic thinking and autonomy
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt narratives to different audiences
• Solid experience analyzing advertising, media, or research data and translating insights into business recommendations
• Confident in presenting strategic narratives internally and externally
• Fluent English and local language
