About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Talent Acquisition professional with 4+ years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment while bringing analytics and strategic insights to our hiring processes. This role balances hands-on recruitment with strategic thinking, helping WIN attract top talent efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and recommend effective hiring strategies.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
Post and manage job openings on platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
Maintain and manage recruitment workflows in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accurate candidate tracking and reporting.
Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline health.
Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
Support workforce planning with insights on talent availability and market trends.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS systems and recruitment analytics.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using data and metrics to inform recruitment decisions and improve processes.
Familiarity with interview design, assessment frameworks, and structured hiring processes.
