In this role, you’ll build strong, long‑term relationships with super funds and industry partners, helping them get real value from our advertising, engagement and administration solutions. You’ll work closely with our product, finance and leadership teams, and you’ll play an important part in supporting funds through a fast‑changing regulatory environment.   • Build and manage strategic relationships with super funds and technology partners, creating long‑term value for both sides
  • Grow revenue through a mix of new partnerships, renewals and upsell opportunities
  • Lead our upcoming renewal cycle, helping partners navigate industry change while protecting and expanding revenue
  • Work with Product and cross‑functional teams to launch partner advertising solutions and shape new offerings
  • Represent the business at industry events and forums, contributing to thought leadership
  • Develop partnerships with tech and administration service providers to strengthen our ecosystem
  • Keep accurate forecasting, pipeline management and budget oversight
  • What we'd love to see from you...
  • Experience in the superannuation industry and a strong understanding of how funds operate.
  • A background in enterprise sales, partnerships or account management, ideally in financial services, SaaS or digital advertising.
  • Confidence working with senior leaders such as Heads of Growth, Digital or Retention.
  • Strong commercial skills and experience negotiating complex agreements.
  • The ability to understand partner needs and turn them into practical acquisition, engagement or retention solutions.
  • A thoughtful, strategic mindset and comfort working in ambiguity.
  • A collaborative approach, someone who enjoys working with others and lifting the team around them.
