Strategic Retail Manager

Role

We are looking for a Strategic Retail Manager, UK to play a pivotal role in the growth, management, and operational excellence of our retail facilities across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to build our retail portfolio from the ground up and take on a variety of tasks. If you're a strategic thinker with expertise in operations, relationship-building, and revenue generation, this is the role for you.

You will lead Fastned’s retail strategy in the UK, focusing on establishing partnerships with Places for London and local entrepreneurs. As the primary retail contact for our joint venture with Places for London, you’ll shape and standardise retail environments that reflect Fastned’s brand. Managing the operational aspects of our facilities will be essential, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and appearance.

You will also oversee sourcing and managing retail partners to ensure smooth operations, while developing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth. Collaboration with local operators will be key to implementing performance improvements. Additionally, you will manage relationships with stakeholders, serving as the main point of contact for all retail matters and fostering strong partnerships to ensure alignment with Fastned’s goals. Effective communication between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders will be crucial to keeping operations running smoothly.
