Our Values
Working closely with Etienne, VP of Product Management, and Elie, Head of Product Operations, you will play a key role in the Product team. Your projects will sit at the crossroads of product and business, involving daily collaboration with the Heads of Product and local COOs (ex-BCG and ex-McKinsey).
Examples of projects you could work on:
Product Management: Work hand-in-hand with the CTO on launching high-impact features (focused on product management and go-to-market strategies)
Strategic Opportunity Exploration: Unlock new markets by creating POCs, driving integrations projects and building technology partnerships
Go-to-Market Strategies: Explore and test innovative sales approaches, as well as business development, targeting new customer profiles
Global Product and Business Initiatives: Lead and launch global initiatives aimed at improving the company’s acquisition and retention performance, working directly with the Global COO
We are looking for a true “DOer” to help Agicap’s Product team reach the next level. We are seeking someone with:
A degree from a top-tier engineering or business school (Top 5)
2-5 years of professional experience in a top-tier consulting firm (generalist or specialized in treasury/TMS topics), as a startup founder, or in a SaaS scale-up
A “DOer” mindset with a hands-on approach
A strong interest in financial challenges faced by companies, particularly SMEs
Solid knowledge of the B2B SaaS ecosystem, ideally targeting SMEs
A data- and process-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Adaptability to thrive in a high-growth environment
The ability to work with diverse teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, etc.) and to drive, coach, and improve team performance
Native-level French and fluent English
