Lucidya is running multiple high-priority initiatives at once - across teams, functions, and sometimes even external stakeholders.

The challenge isn’t ideas, it’s execution.

This role exists to make sure the most important things actually get done.

You’ll work directly with the Chief of Staff and operate at the center of the business, turning leadership priorities into structured, executable programs, and making sure they’re delivered.

This isn’t a coordination role. It’s an ownership role.

If something isn’t moving, it’s on you to figure out why, and fix it.

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll own the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives - from planning through to delivery
  • You’ll take high-level direction from leadership and break it down into clear, actionable plans
  • You’ll keep multiple projects moving at the same time - across different teams with different priorities
  • You’ll identify risks early and come with solutions, not just problems
  • You’ll work across teams (Finance, Operations, Commercial, Product, etc.) to ensure alignment and accountability
  • You’ll communicate regularly with leadership - translating complexity into clear, concise updates and decisions
  • You’ll step in when things stall - ensuring nothing gets “lost” between teams
  • You’ll build execution discipline - helping the company move faster and more effectively over time

  • You’re comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once without losing clarity

  • You’re a strong communicator- you can turn a messy situation into a clear one-pager for leadership
  • You know how to influence without authority - you don’t rely on hierarchy to get things done
  • You’re structured in your thinking - you break down complex problems into simple, actionable steps
  • You’re not afraid to push back - but you know when to pick your battles
  • You care about outcomes - not just activity

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, or similar roles
  • Proven experience managing multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong business acumen - you understand how decisions impact the company
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders or executive teams
  • Background in consulting or CEO/Chief of Staff environments is a strong plus
  • Fluency in Arabic
