Strategic Program Manager Global Industrial Business Operations (m|f|d)

As Strategic Program Manager for our Global Key Accounts you will join the Global Industrial Business Operation (GIBO) team, which is part of the Miltenyi Biotec’ s Global Key Account Organization.

In this central role, your main responsibilities will be:

• Drive strategic program management by orchestrating key components of Miltenyi Biotec’s most critical industry partnerships in the Cell & Gene Therapy sector, enabling our Key Clients on their path toward successful commercialization.
• Establish and lead end-to-end program governance, including internal cross-functional project meetings and regular customer check-ins, ensuring seamless information flow and full transparency for internal and external stakeholders across all workstreams (e.g., Business Development, R&D, Production, RA/QA).
• Collaborate closely with Global Key Account Management and Business Development on commercial aspects of R&D-driven programs to secure alignment, strengthen partnerships, and support overall collaboration success.
• Oversee comprehensive program and multi-project planning, including budgeting, development of work packages, timeline oversight, and creation of high-quality project documentation.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership, preparing and presenting reports, KPIs, and strategic recommendations to C-level management and steering operational committees.

• You hold a Master’s degree or higher in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Economics, or an equivalent field.
• In addition, strong professional experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical or biotech industry, CDMOs, medicine, or laboratory technology is expected.
• You bring 3-5 years of solid experience in program or alliance management, with a proven track record of managing complex key account customer projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methods is part of your daily routine.
