About the Team At Trendyol Growth, we align pricing, discount, and marketing strategies to drive sustainable and scalable growth. We work cross-functionally with teams like Product, Category, and Operations to uncover opportunities and deliver impact. With a strong learning culture and data-driven mindset, we grow together — as individuals and as a team.   Responsibilities
  • Forecasting staffing and scheduling workforce
  • Working on headcount planning and making strategic decisions
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports of the operations of interest and sharing them with relevant individuals
  • Engaging in monitoring activities
  • Understanding and interpreting workforce management KPI’s
  • Analyze and interpret call center metrics
    • Expected Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant work experience in workforce management and monitoring operations
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in related fields 
  • Excellent Communication Skills in both Turkish and English 
  • Strong analytical skills understanding complex reporting, data transformations from multiple sources and tracking of KPIs
  • Having strong communication skills and being a good team player.
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications
