A word from the team: We are looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager and/or Commercial Lead to take full ownership of the partnership ecosystem. We have the traffic and the leads; we need one more professional in the team who could help on packaging & monetizing it. You will not just be managing accounts—you will be building a professional sales engine, creating new revenue streams, and negotiating high-value deals. Your day-to-day:
  • Inbound Pipeline Mastery: You are the gatekeeper. You will triage, qualify, and manage the constant flow of inbound partnership requests, deciding who fits our brand and who has the budget to play.
  • Strategic Negotiation: Move partners beyond standard agreements. You will negotiate custom offers, hybrid deals (CPA + Fixed Fees), and commission bumps to ensure creativity has no limits. 
  • Create & Sell New Media Positions: You will audit our assets and launch new "products" to sell. 
  • Upgrade the Media Kit: You will transform our current offerings into a professional, high-end Sales/Media Kit. You will ensure our value proposition is crystal clear, visually appealing, and irresistible to top-tier vendors.
  • Account Expansion: You will nurture relationships with our top partners with new partnership opportunities on premium placements. 
  • Conduct competitive analysis: market research, and voice-of-customer initiatives to influence positioning and roadmap priorities. 
  • Support retention and expansion efforts through product education, community feedback, direct client communication, and tailored lifecycle communication.
  • Your Skills & Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in Partnerships, Digital Media Sales, or Commercial Account Management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills - you are comfortable discussing money and terms. Proven track record of upselling accounts might be huge advantage (e.g., moving a client from a basic plan to a premium sponsorship).
  • Strong understanding of the Affiliate Marketing ecosystem and organic traffic growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in making data-informed decisions.
  • Perfect spoken and written communication in English.
  • Bonus: Experience in the SaaS, Proxy, or Web Data industry.
  • Salary:
  • Gross salary: 2500 - 4000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
