We are now expanding aggressively across the Americas and are looking for a builder, not a caretaker — someone who thrives in ambiguity, creates momentum from scratch, and generates new opportunities that translate into multi-million-dollar annual pipeline and revenue.
This role is about building the partner ecosystem in North and South America — scouting, structuring, and scaling new partnerships that accelerate LiveEO’s growth. You’ll create go-to-market models, drive co-sell motions, and collaborate with energy and rail industry players to deliver tangible commercial impact.

Market builder: Identify, qualify, and secure strategic partnerships across the Americas (resellers, system integrators, technology alliances, and consultancies) that open new routes to market for LiveEO.
From zero to one: Build and operationalize new partnership models — from concept to contract to revenue.
Revenue ownership: Generate and manage a multi-million-dollar qualified pipeline annually through strategic partner-led opportunities.
Design & execute GTM strategies: Define joint go-to-market plans, create scalable enablement frameworks, and execute field collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on market priorities and solution positioning.
Commercial structuring: Lead partner negotiations, business case modeling, and contract finalization with legal and finance teams.
Market intelligence: Understand competitive dynamics and emerging technologies in geospatial analytics, SaaS, and infrastructure management.
Representation: Represent LiveEO at key industry events and conferences across the Americas, and conduct business reviews and joint planning sessions with partners.
7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or go-to-market roles — preferably in SaaS, geospatial, infrastructure, or energy sectors.
Proven track record of building new business areas or partnerships from scratch and achieving multi-million-dollar revenue growth.
Demonstrated success in developing partner ecosystems, managing complex deals, and structuring scalable GTM frameworks.
Strong entrepreneurial drive, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity — you create structure rather than wait for it.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills — capable of crafting business cases and partner pitches that inspire action.
Strong strategic and analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and collaborate cross-functionally.
Willingness to travel up to 20% across the Americas.
Experience working with or selling to utilities, energy, or rail companies.
Prior experience in enterprise SaaS or data-driven B2B environments.
Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency.
Experience negotiating with large system integrators or management consultancies.
