We're looking for:
We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Associate with 2+ years of experience to help originate, develop, and manage referral and strategic partnerships across the organization. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys outbound outreach, relationship building, and analytical work, and wants to take ownership of partnerships from first contact through ongoing management.
Your responsibilities will include:
Define and evolve the long-term partnership strategy, focused on those that enable a strong integrated growth opportunities including shared customers, joint GTM collaboration opportunities that generate new pipeline opportunities to accelerate Nitra’s fintech and commercial velocity.
Support owning the end-to-end lifecycle of our strategic partnership portfolio, from initial thesis, outreach and prospecting, joint partnership and commercialization efforts, and co-marketing.
Collaborate with the GTM leaders to drive new business through each strategic partner.
Work with Nitra’s senior leadership to define requirements for strategic opportunities, and develop, nurture, and manage strategic partnerships to ensure proper development of a continuous pipeline of new commercial opportunities.
Build financial models to evaluate partnership opportunities, including LTV impact, partnership contribution analysis, and portfolio optimization
Act as a primary contact between GTM, commerce, product, finance, and legal to ensure partnership integrations are appropriate and launch is made efficiently
Become an expert on each top partner for which you are responsible, developing a deep understanding of their business strategy, product roadmap, and key customers
Develop scalable partnership playbooks and deal frameworks that help balance brand positioning with revenue generation
You have:
2-4 years of experience in banking or strategy/business development roles at investment banks, management consulting or high growth startups
Experience with affiliated networks, cashback programs, or two-sided marketplacesBackground in fintech, commerce and marketplace business models
Track record of end-to-end ownership from analysis to execution.
Comfortable building frameworks and closing deals
Capable of disaggregating problems independently and thrives in ambiguity and can operate with minimal oversight
Strong business acumen with commercial instincts - understand unit economics, structuring deals, and think in terms of portfolio optimization
Experience in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment

The base salary range for this full-time position is $110K - $140K + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
