About the Role
As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing Attentive’s partnership strategy.The role will manage and grow a portfolio of technology (primary focus) and agency (secondary focus) partners across the EMEA region. This role focuses on driving joint go-to-market initiatives, revenue growth, and customer outcomes through mutually beneficial partnerships and alliances.  

This role requires a proven ability to navigate executive-level relationships, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver high-value go-to-market motions that create measurable impact for both Attentive and our partners.

What You’ll Accomplish
Technology Partnerships (Primary focus)
Strategic Partner Development

  • Develop and expand partnerships that support Attentive’s growth goals, align with product priorities, and drive customer outcomes.
  • Build strong, multi-level relationships across partner sales, marketing, product, and executive teams.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for key strategic partners, ensuring long-term alignment and shared success.

Revenue Growth & Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Define and execute joint GTM strategies that generate pipeline, accelerate co-selling opportunities, and unlock new revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on joint messaging, sales playbooks, and integrated demand generation campaigns.
  • Partner with Client Strategy to leverage alliance solutions that strengthen customer retention and expansion.
  • Lead enablement initiatives across Attentive and partner teams to ensure consistent execution of joint value propositions.

Product & Engineering Alignment

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering leadership to align roadmaps with strategic partner capabilities.
  • Identify and prioritize new partner integration opportunities based on Attentive’s growth goals, product vision and VOC requirements

Agency Partnerships (Secondary focus)

  • Define and execute joint GTM strategies that generate new revenue streams and expansion opportunities
  • Enable agencies through training, joint planning, and ongoing engagement  
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Client Strategy to embed agencies into key regional motions and activities
  • Act as an internal advocate for partners and share insights, wins, and feedback

Your Expertise 

  • 6+ years experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development with strong technology partner focus  
  • Experience managing ISV or platform partnerships and executing joint GTM motions  
  • Working knowledge of agency business models  
  • Strong understanding of the marketing technology ecosystem  
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through partnerships  
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills  
  • Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization  
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
