About the role


We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Professional to join our team and lead business development with Mobile Network Operators across South Asia.


Responsibilities


  • Drive sales of A2P messaging solutions to MNOs in South Asia (India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Pakistan, Maldives, Bhutan)
  • Build and manage long-term strategic relationships with operator decision-makers (C-level, technical, and commercial)
  • Lead complex sales negotiations, contracts, and partnership agreements
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and deliver against aggressive sales targets
  • Represent VOX Solutions at regional industry events, conferences, and forums
  • Involved in partnership management after the partnership commences, alongside members from the Account Management team.


Requirements


  • 10+ years proven experience telecom sales, with a strong track record in A2P SMS / Messaging / VAS / Mobile monetization
  • Existing relationships with MNOs in South Asia and the ability to open doors at senior levels
  • Strong understanding of A2P ecosystem, messaging security, firewalls, and operator monetization models
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a global organization
  • Willingness to travel across the region
