NeoGenomics has an opening for a Strategic Marketing Associate who wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow.  This position is remote based in the EST or CST time zone

Position Summary:   
 The Strategic Marketing Associate drives strategic downstream marketing for our oncology suite of tests and solutions. They work closely with product management, digital, and social to deliver the strategy and tactical execution of the oncology portfolio revenue and test volume targets. 
 
Core Responsibilities:
  • Support the design and creation of global marketing deliverables across all media/marketing channels, including websites, landing pages, emails, display banners, and presentations, as measured through solution adoption and revenue growth
  • Write and edit marketing copy for various print and digital projects
  • Develop cross-functional relationships and collaborations with product management teams, sales, operations, and finance to guide execution
  • Develop innovative processes, methodologies, and technologies that will ensure ongoing delivery of a positive consumer experience and high rates of adherence to new precision oncology solutions, improving revenue 
  • Create a voice of consumer centricity and advocacy in all externally facing materials, thus building brand awareness and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify key insights that will drive creative programming and efficient processes to improve awareness and adoption
  • Work with Analytics and other team members to build data-backed presentations that showcase the impact of NeoGenomics solutions in a compelling manner
  • In partnership with teammates and Product team members, develop more robust engagement initiatives over time to fill gaps in customer awareness
  • Help guide future product launch excellence through collaboration with product teams, operations, and sales
  • Participate in consumer journey mapping, website development, digital communications, print materials, and social media/advertising strategy development
 
Experience, Education and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • At least 3 years of healthcare marketing experience
  • Track record of progression within a company
  • Demonstrate a strategic mindset
  • Able to absorb complex technical information
  • Demonstrated accountability, an ability to manage complex projects on time and on budget
