About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing, growth-oriented professional to join our strategic expansion team. This role is designed for an individual who possesses a rare blend of technical literacy and business acumen. You will be responsible for driving market expansion, architecting high-value solution pitches, and managing senior-level stakeholder relationships within the Analytics and AI domain.

This is a high-visibility role where you will work closely with the leadership team to convert complex technology capabilities into tangible business value for global clients. As a Strategic Growth Manager, you will be at the intersection of technology and strategy, identifying opportunities where data science and AI can drive transformational business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Strategy & Engagement

  • Define and execute sophisticated go-to-market strategies tailored to key industry verticals
  • Identify high-potential opportunities and segments for market penetration
  • Lead the initial engagement process with prospects and establish strong foundational relationships
  • Develop market entry strategies that balance technical innovation with business viability

    Consultative Solutioning
  • Partner with technical leads and subject matter experts to translate complex data science, AI, and engineering capabilities into structured business solutions
  • Conduct solution design workshops that align technology with business objectives
  • Build compelling use cases that demonstrate ROI and strategic value
  • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders

    Executive Communication
  • Design and develop high-impact presentations and proposals for CXO-level stakeholders
  • Communicate complex technical concepts in business-friendly language
  • Ensure all client-facing collateral is logically sound, visually professional, and value-driven
  • Lead presentations to senior executives with confidence and technical credibility

    Business Discovery
  • Lead structured discovery sessions with prospects to uncover pain points and business challenges
  • Define project scopes based on client requirements and organizational capabilities
  • Build compelling business cases that quantify the impact of analytics and AI interventions
  • Document client needs and translate them into actionable project briefs

    Account Growth
  • Actively identify expansion opportunities within the existing client portfolio
  • Understand client business cycles and anticipate technological needs
  • Develop expansion strategies for key accounts to increase wallet share
  • Foster long-term strategic relationships with clients

    Strategic Research
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, emerging technologies, and industry shifts
  • Conduct competitive landscape analysis to identify market positioning opportunities
  • Stay informed about regulatory and compliance considerations in key verticals
  • Share market intelligence with leadership to inform product and service development

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) from a recognized institution.
  • MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school


Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
    o  Business Development in Analytics, AI, or Technology Services
    o  Pre-Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture
    o  Management Consulting with focus on data-driven transformations
  • Demonstrated track record of closing deals or leading successful client engagements.
  • Exposure to go-to-market strategies and business case development


Technical Literacy & Analytical Skills

  • Ability to logically question technical delivery plans and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Understanding of data science, machine learning, and analytics concepts at a working level.
  • Capability to assess technical feasibility and business impact simultaneously.
  • Comfort with SQL, Python, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Presentation & Communication Excellence

  • Mastery of PowerPoint with ability to create executive-ready presentations.
  • Proven ability to represent complex technical thoughts through clear, structured, and aesthetically professional decks.
  • Exceptional command of English (written and verbal) with strong grammar and articulation.
  • Experience presenting to CXO-level audiences and senior stakeholders.
