Significance is seeking a Strategic Communications Change Senior Manager to support an anticipated federal program. This is a hybrid position and requires an active Secret Clearance.
The Strategic Communications Change Senior Manager will apply technical expertise and skills to implement business solutions related to strategic communications and/or change management.
Required Skills
At least 12 years of progressive experience supporting organizational change management, human capital development, workforce training, and/or process improvement for State and/or Federal Government agencies and/or large, complex companies (greater than 1,000) employees.
Active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
Five (5) years of concurrent experience providing strategic communications support in DoW for a one-star general or equivalent civilian, or higher grade.
