Strategic Client Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Actively seeking new target clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones;
• Professional sale of insurance services to medium and large enterprises, along with consultations;
• Analyzing client needs and offering the best insurance solutions;
• Structuring business risk management processes and preparing proposals;
• Representing the company in meetings with clients, insurers, associations, and other stakeholders;
• Deepening knowledge of the insurance sector.
   

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in active sales;
• Experience working with legal entities (medium to large businesses);
• Higher education (advantage);
• Understanding of insurance products (advantage);
• Excellent reputation;
• Positive attitude, responsibility, customer focus, and a strong orientation toward building relationships with clients;
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English.
