Strategic Channel Partner

This is a new role at LSA focused on expanding revenue through strategic channel and integration partnerships. The position is responsible for identifying, developing, and activating partners that extend LSA’s reach across key verticals. The role carries a direct revenue target and supports both partner-led and direct enterprise opportunities. The structure and long-term scope of this position will evolve as the program grows. Responsibilities
  • Partner Strategy and Development
  • ·        Identify, recruit, and prioritize system integrators and strategic partners across assigned markets.
    ·        Build executive-level relationships and develop joint go-to-market plans.
    ·        Enable partners to generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
    ·        Coordinate joint marketing and sales initiatives with Marketing and Product.
  • Strategic Sales Execution
  • ·        Own a revenue target tied to both partner-led and direct enterprise opportunities.
    ·        Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in collaboration with partners and internal teams.
    ·        Manage RFPs, pilots, pricing strategy, and enterprise negotiations for large opportunities.
    ·        Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting in CRM.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • ·        Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to execute growth strategy.
    ·        Provide structured market and partner feedback to inform packaging, integrations, and positioning.
    ·        Support development of partner-specific collateral, pricing frameworks, and messaging.
    ·        Ensure consistent positioning across direct and partner channels.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Requirements
  • Experience in enterprise sales, channel partnerships, or partner development in SaaS, technology-enabled services, or similar environments.
  • Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles.
  • Ability to build and manage executive relationships.
  • Experience working within regulated industries or partner ecosystems is preferred.
  • Strong CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy.
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
