About the Role
As a Strategic Business Partner Spain, you will play a key role in the successful integration of newly acquired software companies within Spain into a growth-oriented group. Acting as the link between strategic vision and operational execution, you’ll work closely with the leadership teams of our portfolio companies and collaborate directly with central functions.
You combine entrepreneurial thinking, analytical depth, and leadership skills to manage complex integration processes with precision and impact. Your work will be instrumental to the long-term success of our acquisitions—financially, culturally, and organizationally. You’ll operate in an environment driven by excellence, speed, and tangible results—with the freedom to take ownership and create real value.
Your Responsibilities
Plan and execute post-acquisition integrations of software companies across key functions such as Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Support Services, and Research & Development.
Analyze existing business processes using operational and financial data and develop actionable optimization proposals.
Prepare business cases to evaluate and communicate improvement initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with accounting teams to integrate operational and financial data into central systems and to enhance internal policies and controls.
Ensure adherence to Everfield standards and translate financial and KPI data into actionable management insights for the acquired companies.
Advise on reporting best practices and establish standardized frameworks for reliable and comparable financial data.
Support the migration of historical data and processes into new system environments.
Build and lead recurring analysis processes to assess the financial and operational performance of the acquired companies.
Train management teams in standardized reporting and performance tracking methods until they can operate independently.
Initiate and oversee efficiency and process improvement measures at the operational level.
Who We’re Looking For
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally with transaction exposure (e.g., M&A, integrations, due diligence), preferably gained in a top-tier consulting firm.
Experience in the software or technology sector, ideally within start-ups or Series A/B SaaS environments.
Strong analytical skills and excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling, data analysis, and business case preparation.
Proven experience in process analysis and optimization, KPI-based evaluations, and integration projects.
Solid project management skills with the ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams.
High degree of self-motivation and a solution-oriented, independent work style.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities, enabling independent and efficient work.
Fluent Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
