We seek a dynamic Strategic Account Manager to own a portfolio of customer relationships across Brazil and Spanish-speaking LATAM markets. Note: Please submit your CV in English What the Strategic Account Manager will do:
  • Manage a portfolio of existing SensorTower customers across the LATAM region. 
  • Build trusted relationships with key contacts and stakeholders at various levels, from individual users to decision-makers. 
  • Drive product adoption through onboarding support, training, and regular value-based check-ins. 
  • Monitor product usage and client engagement to identify risks and opportunities. 
  • Develop strategic account plans to support retention, expansion, and advocacy. 
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 
  • Deliver business reviews, performance analysis, and relevant industry insights tailored to each client. 
  • Maintain accurate customer records and forecasts using Salesforce and other internal tools. 
  • Provide ongoing feedback to internal teams based on customer needs and industry trends.
  • Experience and skills we are looking for:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or similar client-facing roles in the SaaS or B2B technology space. 
  • Based in Brazil, fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish (written and spoken). 
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of business customers, especially in the LATAM region. 
  • Experience in the mobile ecosystem, app economy, or analytics platforms is highly desirable. 
  • A substantial advantage is familiarity with SensorTower or comparable tools. 
  • Comfortable working with tools like Salesforce, Clari, and customer success platforms. 
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. 
  • Track record of contributing to customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
